Dental Insurance and Billing

Blacker Family Dental accepts most major insurance plans, including Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coresource, Delta Dental, GEHA, Guardian, Humana PPO, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, and United Health. If you don’t see your insurance provider on the list, you may still be covered! Please call our office at (816) 763-8400 and our Financial Coordinator will be happy to help determine your coverage and let you know what to expect from your insurance company when you visit your KC family dentist. Also, Blacker Family Dental is a PPO provider, so if you have an HMO plan please check to see if we’re in your network!

Payment and Financing Options for Dental Services

At Blacker Family Dental, we want to help you get the dental care that you need, regardless of your financial situation. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards, and are happy to file insurance claims for reimbursement, so long as your plan allows you to choose your own dentist. We also offer flexible payment plans through CareCredit, which may allow for No Interest financing or low monthly payment options for treatments and procedures that your insurance doesn’t cover. CareCredit is easy to apply for, and you can use it for family members or even your beloved pet!
